Enrollment Policy

All lessons must be prepaid. Enrollment is considered complete once the fee has been paid and the lesson time has been confirmed. By enrolling, each student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Artistry Music. The lesson policy, including payment schedules and terms, is applicable to all students from the time of enrollment.

We offer various payment methods for your convenience:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Cash Payments
  • Flexible Payment Plans are available upon request. Terms and conditions apply.

Group Lessons

  • There are no refunds or make-up lessons for missed group lessons or workshops.
  • Teachers will be compensated at the same rate, regardless of student attendance (whether 4 or 8 students attend).
  • Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

  • Students arriving late will not have their lesson time extended unless there is a valid reason. Late arrivals affect the entire schedule, leading to potential delays for subsequent lessons.
  • We request that students arrive on time for all lessons to ensure a smooth and punctual schedule.

No-Shows and Cancellations

  • A no-show occurs when a student fails to attend a lesson without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • No refunds, make-up lessons, or credits will be given for no-shows unless prior notice is provided.
  • If the instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson for any reason, a make-up lesson will be arranged within the same calendar month.

Make-up Lessons

  • Two make-up lessons will be offered per 10-lesson session.
  • Students should schedule make-up lessons within two weeks at the instructor’s convenience.
  • Cancelling on the day of the scheduled lesson does not qualify for a make-up lesson.
